Ammo Camera Shots Social Publisher Privacy Policy

Ammo Camera Shots ("ACS," "we," "us") uses an owner-controlled social-publishing system to prepare, authorize, publish, and measure content on ACS-owned social accounts.
Information the system handles
The system may handle: • ACS social-account identifiers and profile information returned by an authorized platform; • delegated OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored in the private n8n credential vault and not displayed in public records; • ACS-approved media, captions, links, hashtags, schedules, platform post identifiers, publication receipts, and performance metrics; • technical logs needed for security, duplicate prevention, reliable retries, and recovery; and • the name or business contact information of an authorized ACS operator when needed to administer access.
The system is not intended to collect passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment-card data, or private customer media without a documented business need and the required authorization.
How we use information
We use this information to connect ACS-owned accounts, prepare and publish content that has passed ACS review, prevent duplicate posts, measure results, troubleshoot failures, maintain security, and revoke or recover access when needed.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers and social platforms needed to operate the system, such as n8n and the destination platform selected for an authorized post. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information handled by the social-publishing system.
Retention and deletion
OAuth credentials remain in the private credential vault until they expire, are replaced, or are revoked. Publication receipts and limited operational logs may be retained for audit, duplicate prevention, security, and business-record purposes. ACS removes or de-identifies information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal, security, and backup requirements.
Your choices
An authorized account owner may revoke platform access from the relevant social platform or request that ACS disconnect the integration. Requests concerning access, correction, or deletion can be sent to dain@ammocamerashots.com. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate business-record purposes.
Security
ACS uses delegated OAuth, limited permissions, private credential storage, access controls, publication approvals, duplicate checks, and emergency-pause procedures. No security method can guarantee absolute protection.
Children
The ACS social-publishing system is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy as the system or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
