Ammo Camera Shots Social Publisher Terms of Service

Effective date: August 31, 2026

These terms govern the owner-controlled Ammo Camera Shots ("ACS") social-publishing integration (the "Publisher"). The Publisher is currently used only to manage ACS-owned or ACS-authorized social accounts.

Authorized use

Only ACS owners and expressly authorized operators may connect an account or approve a publication. Connected accounts must be owned by ACS or connected with the account owner's documented authority. Access may not be shared, resold, used to impersonate another person or business, or used to evade platform rules.

Content and permissions

Before content is scheduled or published, ACS requires the applicable source, ownership, licensing, privacy, fair-housing, claims, and destination approvals. Payment, silence, engagement, or a thank-you does not grant content, testimonial, or referral permission. The person providing content or approval represents that they have authority to do so.

Platform services

The Publisher uses third-party services, including n8n and connected social platforms. Their availability, review decisions, rate limits, and terms are outside ACS's control. Use of a connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies.

Automation safeguards

The Publisher may use scheduling, duplicate checks, safe retries, publication receipts, measurement, suppression rules, and emergency pauses. Automation does not replace required human approval or authorize an otherwise prohibited post. ACS may pause or disconnect the Publisher when identity, rights, privacy, safety, or technical state is uncertain.

No guaranteed result

ACS does not guarantee platform approval, uninterrupted availability, audience growth, engagement, leads, sales, or any other business result from use of the Publisher.

Suspension and termination

ACS may suspend or terminate access to protect an account, comply with law or platform rules, investigate misuse, or respond to an owner request. An authorized owner may revoke OAuth access through the connected platform at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation

The Publisher is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. ACS is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, account decisions, or unauthorized activity outside ACS's reasonable control.

Changes

ACS may update these terms as the Publisher or applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when revised terms are published.
